Privacy

This notice describes the Cyra waitlist website only. It is not a legal review, and it does not make Cyra a medical service.

What we collect

The waitlist collects your email address, the version of the consent statement you accepted, the time of that consent, and whether your subscription is active, waiting for confirmation, or unsubscribed. The form does not ask for health information, test results, or payment details.

Abuse protection stores a short-lived, hashed network identifier and a request count. It does not add your IP address to the subscriber record.

Why

We use this information to send Cyra development and launch updates to people who asked for them, to avoid emailing someone who has unsubscribed, and to limit automated signups. We do not sell waitlist addresses.

Joining stores your email and consent. A confirmation email is sent only after an email service and sender address are connected. No message is sent by the act of storing your address alone.

The waitlist form is a single confirmation. Ticking the consent box and joining stores an active subscription unless you have asked for an extra email confirmation step.

How long we keep it

An active subscription is kept so we can send the updates you requested. After you unsubscribe, the address is kept only so we do not email it again. You can ask for deletion of the record. The operator still needs to confirm any shorter retention period before public launch; this notice does not invent one.

Leaving and deletion

You can unsubscribe at /unsubscribe before any email has been sent. Unsubscribing stops further waitlist mail and keeps the address suppressed. Deletion removes the stored record.

A monitored privacy and deletion contact has not been published yet. It will be added here before the site is opened to the public. Until then, use the unsubscribe page. This notice does not invent a contact address.

Where it is stored

Subscriber records are stored in a private database used by this website. They are not published with the pages or images.

Operator

The legal operator’s name has not been published yet. It will be added to this notice before the site is opened to the public. Scycle Labs is the product company shown on the website; that line is not a substitute for the operator’s legal details.

Cyra is under development and seeking regulatory approvals. This website is a waitlist, not a released clinical service. Nothing on this page claims that a privacy review has been completed.
